Implant Treatments in Florence, SC
Single Tooth Dental Implants
Replace one missing tooth with a titanium implant and crown, without filing down the healthy teeth beside it.
All-on-4 Dental Implants
A full fixed arch of teeth on four angled implants, often avoiding the grafting conventional implants would need.
Implant Supported Dentures
A removable denture that clips onto two to four implants, holding firm while eating and unclipping for cleaning.
Full Mouth Dental Implants
Complete arch restoration on four to six implants, fixed or removable, for one arch or both.
Same Day Dental Implants
Implant placement and a temporary tooth in one visit, where bone quality allows immediate loading.
Mini Dental Implants
Narrow single-piece implants for denture stabilization, placed with minimal surgery at lower cost.
Bone Grafting
Rebuilding jawbone volume so an implant has enough bone to anchor into.
Sinus Lift Surgery
Raising the sinus floor and adding bone so upper back implants have enough height to anchor safely.
Implant Supported Bridges
Two implants carrying three or four teeth, replacing adjacent gaps without touching the healthy neighbors.
Dental Implant Consultation
3D imaging, a candidacy answer, and a written itemized treatment plan before any commitment.
Failed Implant Repair
Assessment and treatment for loose, painful or infected implants, including removal and replacement.
Emergency Tooth Replacement
Options after losing a tooth, from immediate placement to temporaries and socket preservation.
Your treatment path
From first consultation to final tooth
Consultation and 3D Imaging
3D imaging measures bone height and width at the exact implant site and maps the nerve canal and sinus position. You leave with a written treatment plan and an itemized cost breakdown.
Extraction and Site Preparation
If a failing tooth is still in place it comes out, and if bone volume is insufficient, grafting happens here. This stage is the biggest variable in how long your case takes.
Implant Placement
A channel is prepared in the bone to precise dimensions and the titanium post is threaded into place. One to two hours for a single implant, under local anesthetic with sedation available.
Osseointegration
Bone cells grow onto the implant surface and lock it in place. Three to four months in the lower jaw, four to six in the upper. You wear a temporary tooth throughout.
Final Restoration
The abutment is attached and a scan taken. Your final crown, bridge or denture is fabricated to match your surrounding teeth in shade and contour, then fitted and adjusted.
